These terms apply to your use of the WarmPaw online store and purchases made through it. Please read the product information, shipping policy and return and refund policy before ordering.

Orders and payment

Product prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). The order total, available payment methods and any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery and contact information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. If we cannot supply an item or deliver to the selected destination, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the unavailable item.

Products and delivery

Choose the animal design shown in your order. Illustrative images may differ slightly from the delivered product. Follow the supplied manufacturer instructions and our product care and safety guidance. Available destinations, delivery charges and estimates are governed by our shipping policy and the options displayed at checkout.

Returns and consumer rights

Our return and refund policy explains how to contact us about an issue. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable mandatory consumer protections.

Using this site

Do not misuse the site or submit false orders. We may correct errors in site content and update these terms for future use; changes will not remove rights that applied to an order already placed.
