GOOD TO KNOW
Questions, answered.
Everything people ask before they order.
How warm does it get?
Heat settings: One heat level (no timer).
Does it come with a plug?
It runs on USB power, so it plugs into a USB power source such as a phone-charger wall plug.
How much is shipping, and when will it arrive?
Free shipping on 2 or more · $9.99 on one. Orders to Australia and the US usually ship within about 2 business days, then take about 8 business days to arrive (about 10 business days in total, not counting weekends), and every order is tracked. For other countries, the delivery estimate and cost show at checkout before you pay.
When should I order for Christmas?
For delivery in Australia or the US before Christmas, order by Monday 7 December. That date allows about 2 business days to dispatch, about 8 business days in transit and a few extra days for the holiday rush. Orders after that may still arrive in time, but we can't promise it. Shipping somewhere else? The delivery estimate at checkout is the best guide, so order as early as you can.
Can I mix different animals?
Yes. Pick an animal, add it to your cart, then pick the next. Two warmers in any designs cost $115.99 (Gift Pair), and three or more save 20%. The saving applies automatically in your cart.
Why not just buy a cheap heat pad?
A basic pad does the job. WarmPaw does it as a plush animal you'll want to leave out, in five designs to suit the person, and it makes a gift that actually feels like a gift.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
Email us at support@warmpaw.store or reply to your order confirmation with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right under the Australian Consumer Law. Read the returns policy.
Is it safe to use?
Use it on a dry, stable surface with a compatible USB power source. Don't use it while sleeping, don't leave it switched on unattended, and stop using it if it's damaged or gets too hot.
Do the photos show the real colours?
Our product images are digital renders, so real colours and stitching can vary slightly from what you see.
